Conference registration for IEEE MASCOTS 2017 is open now. Here is the registration link.
The early registration deadline is August 15, 2017. Please register early to receive the lower registration fees. All registration fees are subject to Canada's 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
For each accepted paper, at least one author is required to register at a full (i.e., non-student) rate for the conference, and do so prior to the author registration deadline of July 15, 2017.
The early registration fees for IEEE MASCOTS 2017 are:
- IEEE Members: $600 USD
- Non-Members: $720 USD
- Student Members: $420 USD
- Student Non-Members: $500 USD
- Life Members: $330 USD
The late registration fees for IEEE MASCOTS 2017 are:
- IEEE Members: $720 USD
- Non-Members: $865 USD
- Student Members: $500 USD
- Student Non-Members: $600 USD
- Life Members: $400 USD
Travel Visa Information
If you need an official "letter of invitation" for your travel visa application, please contact the General Chair of IEEE MASCOTS 2017 no later than August 1, 2017. Letters will be issued as promptly as possible.
You must include the following information:
- Your name
- Your mailing address
- Your date and place of birth
- Your passport information (country, number, expiration)
- Your registration confirmation number for IEEE MASCOTS 2017
- The title of your accepted paper (if any)
Note that IEEE is based in New Jersey, USA, while the MASCOTS 2017 conference is taking place in Canada. Depending on your country of origin, you may or may not need a travel visa to enter Canada. However, you may need a US visa if you have a flight connection going through the US. Furthermore, if you are an international student studying in the US, you may need a visa to get back into the US following the conference (unless you already have a multi-entry visa).
It is your responsibility to obtain all of the necessary travel documents in ample time to attend the conference.
